Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website iptvservicee.us and to every plan you order from IPTV Prime US, operated by iptvservicee ("we", "us"). By ordering a plan or requesting a trial, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

1. Our service

IPTV Prime US provides an IPTV subscription that gives you access to live TV channels, movies and series over your internet connection. We offer our service through an authorized partnership with our content provider. After your order is confirmed, we send you login details (an Xtream login and/or an M3U link, or a portal activation for MAG and similar devices) that you use in a compatible player app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to order a plan, subject to applicable law and to the requirements of our provider and of the payment service you use. Our service is intended for customers in the United States.

3. Plans and prices

• Plans are available for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, each with a Standard 4K or Premium 8K option.
• Current prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing section and are confirmed to you in writing before you pay.
• "Standard 4K" and "Premium 8K" are plan names. Actual picture quality depends on the original source of each channel or title, your device and your internet connection.
• The number of devices that can watch at the same time is the number included in your plan, as confirmed in your order.

4. Ordering and payment

• Orders are placed through WhatsApp. We confirm your plan and price and send you payment details for the method you choose.
• Plans are prepaid. Plans do not renew automatically. When your plan ends, you decide whether to renew.
• Never send card numbers, CVV codes or passwords in a chat message.

5. Activation and delivery

We activate your plan after your payment is confirmed and send your login details on WhatsApp. Processing time can vary; message us if you would like the current estimate before ordering.

6. Free trials

You can request a free trial through the form on our website or on WhatsApp. No payment details are needed to request a trial. Trial availability and length can change, and a trial ends automatically.

7. Devices and player apps

You watch our service in third-party player apps (for example TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, APTV or VLC) on your own devices. Those apps are made by independent developers and may have their own terms, fees and availability. Compatibility depends on your device model and app availability; message us your model before ordering if you are unsure.

8. Acceptable use

• Your plan is for your personal, household use.
• Do not resell, share or publish your login details, M3U link or portal URL.
• Do not attempt to copy, record for redistribution, or rebroadcast content from the service.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, for example when the same login is used far beyond the number of connections in the plan.

9. Availability and changes

Channel, event and on-demand availability can vary by location and may change over time. Streaming depends on your internet connection and equipment. We work to keep the service running smoothly and to fix reported issues quickly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In short: refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and are reviewed individually. Nothing in that policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for problems caused by your internet connection, your devices, third-party player apps, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are subject to applicable United States federal law and, where relevant, the laws of the State of Ohio. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
