One of IPTV's best perks: no technician appointments when you move. Your subscription works on any internet connection, so your TV comes with you in a box.
Before the move
- Book internet at the new address early. Installation slots can fill up weeks ahead.
- Check your plan's end date and renew if it expires around moving week.
- Note your login details in a safe place (not stuck to the device).
- Pack sticks with their power adapters and remotes in one labeled bag.
Moving day backup
No internet yet? Use your phone's hotspot for a few hours of HD on a laptop or tablet—watch your data. See backup plan when the internet is down.
At the new home
- Set up the router in a central spot—see router settings.
- Plug in the main TV device with Ethernet if possible.
- Connect each device to the new Wi-Fi (Settings → Network).
- Open your player—your login is usually still saved.
- Test a channel at peak time.

Using a MAG or Formuler box?
Portal activations are linked to the device's MAC address, not your address—so moving doesn't change anything. See MAG setup.
