"Invalid username or password", "Authorization failed", "Login failed"—these messages look scary, but they're almost always caused by a small detail. Go through these fixes in order.
1. Check for typos (the #1 cause)
- Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive:
Abc123is notabc123. - Look for spaces at the start or end—common when copy-pasting.
- Watch for look-alike characters:
0vsO,lvsI.
Tip: copy-paste from our WhatsApp message instead of typing, then delete any trailing space.
2. Check the server URL format
- Include
http://(orhttps://if specified). - Include the port if we gave you one, e.g.
:8080. - Don't add extra paths unless instructed.
3. Make sure your plan is active
Expired plans and ended trials return the same error. Check your activation date or message us to confirm.
4. Check you're using the right login type
An Xtream login won't work in an M3U field and vice versa. A MAG portal uses a MAC address instead of username/password. See Xtream Codes explained and portals explained.
5. Too many connections
If someone else in your home is already watching and your plan allows one connection, a second device may be refused. Close the other stream and try again. See multi-screen IPTV.
6. Test on another network
Try your phone on mobile data. If it works there, your home network or ISP may be blocking the connection—see does my ISP block IPTV?
7. Remove and re-add the playlist
Delete the profile in the app, restart the device, and add it again fresh.
Still stuck?
Send us a screenshot of the error and the app name on WhatsApp. Please don't post your login details publicly—see keeping your account secure.

It worked yesterday and now says invalid login. Why?
Usually an expired plan, a connection limit, or a server address change. Message support to check.
Can I change my password?
Ask us and we'll issue new credentials if needed.
Does "invalid login" mean I've been banned?
Rarely. It's almost always a typo, expiry or connection limit.
