How to Watch IPTV on an Android Phone or Tablet

Your Android phone or tablet is the most portable IPTV screen you own. It's perfect for following a game while you're out, watching in bed, or keeping kids entertained on a trip. Setup takes about five minutes.

Step 1: Choose a player from Google Play

Install one of these from the official Google Play Store:

• IPTV Smarters – simple, free, works on phones and tablets. Guide.
• XCIPTV – clean design, good for Xtream logins. Guide.
• OTT Navigator – powerful, with many layout options. Guide.
• VLC – for a quick M3U test. Guide.

Step 2: Add your login

1. Open the app and choose Xtream Codes (or "Login with Xtream API").
2. Copy the server URL, username and password from our WhatsApp message and paste them in. Copy-paste avoids typos.
3. Tap Add user / Login and wait for channels to load.

Step 3: Save mobile data

These are rough figures that vary by stream. On mobile data, choose SD or HD channels, and use Wi-Fi for long viewing.

Step 4: Watch on your TV

• Cast: some players support Chromecast. Tap the cast icon.
• Screen mirroring: use Smart View / Screen Cast to mirror to a compatible TV or Roku. See IPTV on Roku.
• For everyday TV viewing, a dedicated device is smoother: Firestick or Google TV.

Tips

• Turn off battery optimization for your player app so playback doesn't stop in the background.
• Use picture-in-picture (if your app supports it) to watch while using other apps.
