A big channel list is great—until you have to scroll through it every night. Ten minutes of organizing makes your IPTV app feel as easy as a cable box.

Step 1: Hide what you never watch

  • TiviMate: long-press a group → Hide group. Manage later in Settings → Playlists → Manage groups.
  • IPTV Smarters: in Live TV, use the category settings or parental control to hide/lock groups.
  • OTT Navigator: long-press a group → hide; or Settings → Provider → groups.
  • APTV / IPTVX / UHF: look for "Manage categories" or "Hide" in settings.

Step 2: Build your favorites

  1. Open a channel list.
  2. Long-press a channel (or press the menu button on the remote).
  3. Select Add to Favorites.
  4. Repeat for your top 15–30 channels.

Step 3: Reorder favorites

Most apps let you move channels within favorites. Put the most-watched channels first so they're one click away.

Step 4: Lock adult or sensitive groups

Set a parental PIN and lock those groups. See IPTV for families.

Step 5: Open straight into favorites

In TiviMate: Settings → General → set the startup group to Favorites. Many apps have a similar option.
